We lived there for 2 years. Moved out June 30th, they claim July 2nd. Won't give back security deposit due to so called damages, which were already there when we moved in. Upon moving in we needed a new A/C unit, which finally was put it, but that didn't help the electric bill. Then a new garbage disposal, then a new dishwasher, which was put in wrong and everytime you opened it, it would practically fall on your feet. The electrical outlets were a problem too, maybe 1 outlet per room worked, they never fixed it. The screens and blinds were destroyed during the Hurricanes, think that got fixed, NOT! The dryer on the washer wouldn't dry clothes, it just got hot, but air wouldn't come out to dry. 4 times around, even if it was one item, wouldn't dry it! They wouldn't give us a new one, you can imagine what the electric bill was like. Sprinkler was broken at the bottom of stairs so that the stairs were wet every day, my 3 year old took a nice fall down those steps and a huge bump on his head. Still haven't fixed the sprinkler. The gate is always broken, gated community, well the gate doesn't close anyone can get in and out. The garbage is a horrid problem too, the compactor fills up and then instead of emptying it they put in a giant dumpster until that over flows, smelly and a definate eyesore. I have never known a place to lie so much. We had brought all this to the attention of the management team and they did notheing to fix the issues. They do nothing to help. It's all cheery when you first walk in, but then your stuck. It's horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It should be banned!
