My fiancee and I are Deaf, We have a hearing guide dog. by law we are allowed to live anywhere with a service dog. Our credit and everything was good. I had to twist the big fat man name Brian to let us in. He finally let us in and during this whole year, My fiancee and I have been a real super great tennent. we let people pet our dog, made friends with the neighbors. One neighbor did not like us for some reason and perhaps was envy that we had a dog. My dog wears a vest that indicate service dog. So The bearded lazy man who always lay at the pool side everyday at around one pm who drives a silver suv honda decided to go to the office and made a rediculous report against us. We got noted on our door that You must clean up the mess after your dog does its business or you will be evicted. My fiance and I was confused and we notice that man has been giving us an attitude and strange stare. (stalking i call it) So I went to the office and told Brian what is this!!! He said you dont clean up the mess, I told him excuse me its not his property and whats more my dogs mess has always been cleaned up! I told him I know it was this man who reported against us, I told him I feel that he is harrassing us! especially my fiancee who felt very uncomfortable when he keeps starin at her like a pervert!!! Brian said well you know what! I am not going to renew your lease because we do not allow to have dogs! I told him youre violating the law.. He was like he didnt carless about the law and said we have a policy. So i was really angry and told him We were a good tennent and good people we treated others well respected!! now why all of this! At this point I wanted to move out so bad because I learned the management was all but a fake smile! I was due out june 30th but i found a place which accpeted us and dogs on march. I called brian to see if it is okay to break the lease to let the stress off of him and us. He started yelling at my relay operator while talkin to me and hung up the phone!! very unprofessional!!! He refused to let us break the lease!!! So we lost the house.. Took us time to look for a new place and move in the month of june and july. This place is a discrimation against dogs! I felt these people were just a fake!!!


Do not let looks decieve you. Looks beautiful and attractive but they also have food all over the friggin lawn which makes my dog eats some thrown out chicken,burgers, other foods. My dog felt sick sometimes and I tried to tell management please take care of this!! nothings been done!!!! This place is a dumpster!! and full of discrimination

Please make a wise decision before you move in..

I said to my fiancee we wont make trouble so dont worry.. Trouble came to us for no reason....

Thank you soo very much for this review! We went there to see about an apt. and I could feel the bad energy! They would not warm . I am getting social security and my husband works...we were under the salary requirements a little and they told my husband to ask for more money! what creeps!
