The review was a little difficult to read but I'll try to respond. I am a resident of Indian Hills and have been for many years. Roaches, lizards, ants. They are all here in Florida. At Indian Hills you can call at any time and they send the pest control out on Thursday. Maybe the writer didn't know that. The writer also didn't explain what needed fixed. There are more than 400 units at Indian Hills. If 15 refrigerators, air condioners and clothes washers all go out at once it's completly understandable if they take a little longer to fix a screen or other non-essential item. How much can one crew fix in one day? I've never smelled pot nor have I seen groups of people hanging around anywhere. Everyone is polite and quiet. We live in a very large city where crime is like crime in any large city but people leave things outside their front doors and no one takes off with it. I don't see what this writer is saying. If 15 people moved into one appartment it may have been way to the other side of where I'm at. The appartment complex employees also can not just walk up to that renter and tell them to get out if they have too many people as it seems this writer wanted them to do. They have to go through eviction procedings and that takes time. I was also here when the poor trash collector hit the guard house. He was trapped under the debris for hours and the entire entrace was destroyed. Does the writer think the appartment complex sued the trash collector for extra money beyond what was spent repairing the area? Everyone I have met, and I've met everyone at Indian Hills is always nice, friendly and helpful.

Another good response from the idot manager at Indian Hills, no wonder why nothing gets done in that place, he's always on this website posting such great things about him and his employees! I will say one thing in the defense of management, Crime does happen everywhere, and honestly since they brought back the org security guard the nice one, it has stopped a lot, he does a very good job and makes sure the community is safe at night. I will agree however with the big problem, I do find a occasional palmetto bug in the bedroom master bath area from time to time, so they could use a little better pest control.
