I have only lived in Indian Hills for a little over a year and in that time I have already seen 2 managers come and go too. The managers of the complex are always horrible. My mom lived here about 15 years ago. Then the managers actually cared about their tenants. Now especially this new woman they are a overpaid and underqualified pencil pushers. She has a staff of 15 that do everything for her. Good luck getting a meeting with her becuase she is always out or left early. Then when you do get to speak with her she does scream at you. I thought it was just me! After reading the other tenants comments at least I am not alone. I agree she has to be the worst this place has seen in years. The girls upfront are nice. And Maria is a GEM! She is always being yelled at by someone about something but she always has a smile on. MARIA SHOULD BE THE COMPLEX MANAGER! Hopefully she won't last long. If she is still around when it comes time to renew my lease I am going to leave simply because of her.

how about you don't start problems enough to have to talk to your manager. I have no problems here, but I also have no business with the manager either, th girls up front take care of all my problems!
