I have lived at Indian Hills for the Past 3 and Half Years, and let me just start of by saying, The first Two years was Excellent, When things needed to be fixed, they where done, a Few months ago, The manager sent out a letter to all the residents letting everyone know, That the Resident Services Coordinator, They where laying off, Beacuse the company doesn't need to have that position anymore, I highly disagree, That Property is a MONSTER, and it needs all the staff it can get, The lady who worked in there (Maria) Would make sure all the work orders would be completed and on a timely Fashion, Now those same work orders can take weeks to complete and there's always new faces, never the same maintence guys. Moving on from that, They have seriously dropped the standard of Rental Criteria over the past year and have moved in some REAL scum bags, I mean kind of people I wouldn't even make my animals live around! Between Two drug dealers on either side of me, and it be REAL obvious what there doing, To REALLY loud People down stairs from us, Slamming the door, all hours of the night, so hard the picture Frames go flying off my walls, Yelling and screaming and fighing in the parking lots,( which lucky me mine faces).
This place has just gotten completely out of control and thank god my Leases is up at the end of this month, oh and the best part is, The Management looseing my rent check TWO TIMES, AND NOT OVER THE COURSE OF MY LEASE, TWO TIMES IN ONE YEAR!!!! Talk about STUPID!!!!!! All I have to say is this place has gone to Hell in a Poorly woven Hand Basket, Stay away, your only looking for problems when you move here.

I totally agree to the posting above, it's a shame this community use to be such a nice quiet place to live, and the person above is right, it's like over the past couple of years they have rented to just about anyone who walks threw there doors, it's a shame, I use to love to call this place my home, Now I'm embrassed and wouldn't bring my worse enemy here!
