Community is poorly run, Office Manager Christine is really rude with tenants.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
After Gables sold this community back in late 2004, the new company that took over has done nothing to improve the old apartments. The only thing they they have done is raised the price. My apartment went up $100 on a second lease. There are a lot of people in the parking lot late at night and numerous cars have been broken into.
Take my advice: This is not where you want to rent.
