Now that Gables is gone, Fairfield has been putting a lot of money to make it nice here. The office staff is friendly and do a good job!!

putting moeny into it where? half the gutters are still gone. it took 6 weeks to get the dumster fixed. great site to pass a landfill everday. they have people from the area coming to the pool jumping the 2 foot fence.pool chairs have been broken for 8 months.

Ok, listen. It is not their fault that the hurricane took the gutters away, and that they are waiting for another company to fix them. Not the properties fault. And the reason that the dumpster took so long to fix was because THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH WHO OWNS THE MACHINE HAD THE PART ON BACKORDER!!! And if you are so concerned about the pool, why have you not called the police??? Too scared???? Get a grip. You want new pool chairs? Then tell other people to stop using them, and stop complaining if your rent goes up, because they have to pay for it somehow!!!!!
