Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2008
My family has been here for almost 5 years and through 3 hurricanes. The apartments have had 3 owners in this time frame. Yes each year rates go up but they do everywhere. This time they let me go with no increase. Maintenance has been very good. We have had no problems with security, Knock on wood. The pool has been very clean, and the staff very nice.
To keep your electrical bills low, be sure to rent on the bottom floor. Ours has never been above $145 and we keep it about 75 degrees year around.
