I have lived here at Manatee Bay for close to a year, and when my renewal comes up, I will not even hesitate to sign up again!
The apartments are spacious and well layed out. The landscaping is gorgeous and well maintained. Maintenance is very prompt and he's a delight to have around, we never worry about him having to come in if we are not home. The office staff is often changing, but most of them are very nice to chat with and seem like they really want to make this a great place to live. They also have pool parties every few months, which is a great way to meet new neighbors.
My only complaint would be the lack of apartments actually facing the Intracoastal, but the pool and clubhouse view makes up for not having the few from my apartment. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a safe, quiet, beautiful place to live.
