I've been here for almost 13 months and cannot seem to understand the turnover rate of the front office staff leasing consultants' There have literally been 3 different pairs of leasing consultants during a 10 month period. I have never been in a complex where the inconsistancy's in staff are as high as this one.

In my mind, it would give the tenant some assurance that the place they are living at has competent consultants that can communicate effectively with tenants and are people friendly, without them having to cut loose so soon for whatever reason. Knowing that Manatee Bay cannot seem to employ staff that does not hang around for longer than 4 months makes things appear a little 'shifty' with the company. Something like this needs to be addressed to Olen properties directly, since the problems usually start at the top. I hope they read these things...
