I wasted three hours looking at this place before Sabrina from the office mentioned that 1 of us (we're a couple who split rent evenly) had to make a minimum of 3 times the $1280 per/month rent. Which after taxes would be near &54,000. a yr! (This is after we'd driven home to get our checkbooks.)They would not under any circumstance take into account our salaries combined, which is WELL over $75,000/yr. Sabrina said this was in case one roommate ditched out of the lease. Well...what if the person making the $54,000 was the one to move out' So ridiculous!!!!!Very happy this didn't work out for us!
