The staff is very friendly and works on solving any issues quickly. Thank you Amy and Jennifer. The appliances are 5 years old. Only Comcast is offered here - trying to get ATT U verse for home and the property is behind in the times. Grounds are well kept. The Media Center is off limits to everyone and the gym equipment is far from "state of the art" as stated in the brochure. I would recommend this place for the convenience of location and staff. Lived here about one yr. Maintenance issues are handled promptly. Location is on the intracoastal, which is great, but outside the property is a questionable area. Unable to walk safely outside the gates. Party room is unavailable to residents, which is a major issue amongst the tenants. Rent is not inexpensive considering the area. Mixture of tenants. People friendly. Somewhat inflexible in their terms, approaches.
