My experience in Quantum was the worst one ever. The staff there is very rude on not responsive. The maintenance supervisor is very lazy and sits in his apartment all the time and the fact that his is constantly flirting around with the leasing girl there made me wonder what type of work enviorment do the practice with this company. Don't let this property fool you by the looks on the outside. Don't get me wrong the apartments are beautiful on inside but the staff needs to lighten up.
