I have lived at Quantum Lake Villas now for 2 years.... The property is beatiful. The landscaping is always maintained nicely and the office staff is always on top of things. If you have any problem they make sure to address the issue in a timely manner. Yeah they aren't cheap but you get what you pay for..... Totally recommend it!
