Bugs, EVERYWHERE! The Maintenance people (if you want to call them that) took 2 months to switch the plumbing so the toilet didn't flush with HOT water. Not enough parking (unless your a Sheriff visiting a lady) then you can park on the curb overnight. The gates NEVER worked, but they did charge $50 for a clicker. Local riff raff always hanging around selling whatever and vandalizing the recreation facilities. Roof tiles hanging off ready to fall on my vehicle went un-repaired even after sever phone calls to report. Constant noise and construction by my unit, then they had the nerve to raise my rent by over $300/month at the end of my lease. They also kept $250 of my deposit because I painted the kitchen to cover the lousy job that was previously done. There are plenty of brand new condos off 23rd that are priced the same, have 2 car garages, gates that work, and include DirecTV. I got paper about a class action suit on the parent company... apparently they've ripped others off as well. Advise another place if you're looking.
