We lived in our apartment for almost a year. When we moved in the carpet was not new and stained. When we moved out we were charged $250.00 for carpet damage that we did not do. We asked for our front door to be painted when we moved in and it never was.There is no parking, we had a garage but have 2 cars and you can't fit two cars in the driveway. The office staff was rude except for one employee. They never seemed to really know what was going on. The gate never worked. I don't even know why they have one. The neighbors were very friendly.
