I was asked by management to write my comments. I am giving a mixed statement. I feel the ladies in the office are nice. They always were helpful when I came to pick up a package or had a question. Ants were somewhat of a problem but pest control came often when asked for. What I did find to be a nice attribute was on fridays they would spring for breakfast. I would drive up and see the manager or maintenance man hading out juice and danish. Thats pretty unique. I also went to a party where they had a band and breakfast. I have lived at other communities and never had these types of things. They don't have gates and some might not agree. I do think the property is kept very clean.
I am moving to Georgia or I would stay.
