First of all I read all the comments below and saw a bunch of mixed opinions. Mostly about parking and ants...

First of all the area I stay in which is the far left backside next to highridge has a million parking spots! I mean seriously I can double park everynight and never get one complaint. This might be different on the right side but I don't have a problem.

Second about the ant problem. I don't have one and again that could just be my building and area.

If you have an ant problem I don't think the front office would have a problem spraying or doing something about it.

I have had to call maintnance twice because of having coins mess up my garbage disposal and they came the same day to fix it.

Also the ladies up front are very nice and professional.

Only two complaints I have is that I had some whining neighboors that complained anytime I had people past 10:00 on Saturday nights but hey thats not managements fault. Also since I live next to the back gate after 7 they lock it and I have to drive all the way to the front to get out which is a inconvience especially if I am driving to the store on the corner.

Overall I love it and if they were for sale I would buy and I would recommend this place to friends/family. Price is definitely worth it and I pay 1100$ for a 1-1 by myself!
