I enjoyed my time at Quantum but that doesn't mean it was without problems. They apparently don't do proper credit and criminal background checks. Checking up on my neighbors alone I found a couple who had been convicted in the past of drug dealing. Another neighbor declared bankruptcy right before moving in, so I have no idea how they got approved. Management sometimes entered my apartment without my permission, surprising me on more than one occasion when I didn't hear them knock. OH! And don't let them tell you this is a gated community. It's not. Those gates are open 24/7. Also, Quantum is overpriced. BUT... if you need to be very close to I-95 and in Boynton, it's probably your best. If you can put up with the minor issues I described, you should be fine. Just do your homework!

Actully, Just to let you know, since I was once an employee of the company, I know they are one OF THE STRICTEST companies to rent with, and I dont know where you got your info from, or what was said, But trust me there whole motto is Quality over Quanity, and that is the greatest part of all OLEN Residental owned properties, that's why I' am currently still a resident, Because of there EXTREMLY high standards for all of there residents, meaning including there employees who live on there sites too. =) and I would like to say Thank you OLEN for being as wonderful you are, and makeing this such a great place to live!

Olen may do the criminal backround checks on who is signing the lease, but they won't do it on people who didn't list their name as living there. that is how many people who have been convicted of crimes get into places with tight restrictions. I know b/c my friends have to sign the lease b/c their boyfriends have been convicted of something. It is very annoying that you have to live around these people but that is how it is in large commuinties.

"Quality over Quantity" - And the former employee goes on to demonstrate her lack of basic English grammar, spelling or punctuation skills and that she cannot tell the difference between "their" and "there". Way to go, Quantum! What a recommendation. It's a perfect picture of your company.
