tons of ant problems, it's tough to find a parking spot, the office personnel are rude and don't seem to know what's going on. they make exceptions for some people and for others they don't. i've seen them allow one thing for a cute young guy but for another guy who's not so cute or for a girl, NO WAY (and this is in regard to a lease issue that normally wouldn't be allowed). the neighbors seem to get worse every year, and i wonder if checks are being done on them, as this year i seem to be surrounded by people who seem to do nothing but work on putting stereo systems in their cars at night, then sitting around cranking out the music, arguing amongst themselves and smoking weed. repairs seem only to be taken care of if the office remembers and if they think they're important enough i suppose. i can't wait for my lease to be over. you pay a lot of money for very, very little. the carpet is cheap, the paint is cheap, the appliances are low-end. it's definitely not worth what you pay each month, regardless of how many free muffins or bottles of juice are handed out on fridays. it just keeps getting worse.

i totally agree with office staff being rude. One woman name roselyn or something is very difficult to work with. She argues with us over things that is the rental office's responsibility. They seem to be understaffed, I have tried to go in there to pick up a package and there will be a line of five or six people, and two girls working the office.
