Didn't like the construction the office staff or anything. Pool was always being worked on everything closed early. There were shootings as well as break-ins. Luckly for me I found another place. Good luck if you are still there or are moving in, but I would suggest to find another place! Just my 2 cent about not feeling safe or even wanted there.

Shootings? Now that is a downright lie. Fighting in the streets? Where are the crime statistics on this? Check with the Boynton Beach Police Department. Drive around to see all of the area police that live in the community. Listen, if anyone wants to know what kind of community this is, make an appointment with the manager. This is a large community. I think there are over 2,000 people living here. She is busy, no doubt, but when you sit down to talk with her, she does her best to help the community on the whole. I know her personally. I also know some of the maintenance crew and they are wonderful. You seem like an ignorant, bitter person that has nothing better to do than to make ugly remarks.

The reply above is very wise, though not very honest. Quantum has had its share of arrests and visits by the Boynton Beach Police/Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office though it's not exactly crime-infested. That being said, it's not pristine and without its issues, either. There have been break-ins, vandalisms, arrests made for drugs and battery/assault. The good thing is that you CAN get this information simply by going to either of the department websites, since this is all public record in Florida. Whether one is friendly with the manager or the maintenance people has no bearing on the condition of the facilities or the amount of crime - petty or otherwise - taking place. Giving examples of problems one has experienced is not being bitter nor is it being ignorant, nor is it an example of having nothing "better" to do. This site is meant to provide information that some would find invaluable. Luckily, the crime information IS verifiable online as well as via mail with both the Boynton Beach Police Department and the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office - - and no one's "opinion" will have any bearing on the FACTS that can be easily seen there.
