It is true, we have an ant problem. In the time I have been here, I have never seen any police or ambulance coming due to an incident at the complex. I would like to see more parking and a playground for the little people but the staff is nice and so are the maintenance people. I have two new neighbors and they are may a little to loud at times but I guess you have to try and rent. I think the rent is a little to high considering that everybody else is dropping the rent but I would recommand Quantum Lakes Villas.

I saw someone spraying the property so I am pretty sure they maintain pets control. I also think it would be nice to have a playground area. They have nice family events. We just attended a Egg Hunt for the kids. Maintenance crew works hard and management is nice.

If I understand your comments correctly, you say that this development is infested with bugs, has insufficient parking, no playgrounds for children, noisy neighbors and higher rent than others. Yet you recommend it? I am afraid to ask what kind of development you would NOT recommend?
