I lived at Reserve at Ashley Lake for 3 years. It was awful. There were young punks hanging outside all hours of the night, throwing beer bottles, fighting. I had to call the police once because I was scared. The police even said it's a bad neighborhood. I had drug dealers living across from me and constant eviction notices on apt. doors. If you want to live next to a bunch of skumballs then go head, but I think for a little more money you can get a better place. I didn't move because I was waiting for a house to be built and didn't want to move twice, but now that I think back, I probably should have. It was embarrassing to have people over.

i lived there for 19 months. the pool was closed every other month.seen several bikes stolen from neighbors.best thing they did was take out the basketball court so the hoodlums wouldnt hang out at night,but then raised the rent from the time i sarted to the time i left $135.
