To Many Hatians....

I have lived in The Reserve at Ashley Lakes for about 1 1/2 years. I think its an OK place to live. There is the occasional blasting car music driving by. If there siting out side with it blasting my fiance has no problem telling them to turn it down, which they do. But thats only happened once. I always get parking in front of my apt. But the parking was terrible a few months back. But its not anymore. I think rent is to high, but most places are. My water went up from 48$ to 78$ and they said its because Boynton Water raised prices, I'll have to call on that one. The biggest thing I hate about this place is all the Haitians. No, I am not racist. Far from it, but there are just so many. Most of my neighbors are Haitian and every time they open their door it smells terrible, like BO and nasty food. Some are rude. I have seen them letting their children pee in the street. I have seen some letting there 1-2 year olds running in the road. Other than that, its an OK place to live. If you don't have a problem with 85% of the residents being Haitian, then its a nice place.
