My experience with the management of Sadpiper Cove (sic) has been ulcer producing. Absolutely the worse maintenance score they can get and management is quite rude and...what's the word'....oh yeah, uncooperative, disinterested, low moraled, sales oriented (commission based) and otherwise totally self serving. The lease is their favorite weapon which they wield over your head to have you tolerate their poor service. Wish someone had told me before hand.
