Roaches galore. I asked for extermination...they told me that they'd do MY UNIT (and my unit alone), which did not help the roach problem. They don't spray the other units unless they are asked to. Also, they admitted that their contracted exterminator probably "watered down" their chemicals to make it last longer...hence, the roaches!
The guy who lived on the top floor said he not only had roaches, but he and his wife used to listen to the rats play in the attic! The company set rat traps eventually, then never came to pick up the dead rats, leaving them rot and stink in people's attics. Nice.
The staff was extremely rude. They just wanted to make a sale. Management was no better. In fact, WORSE.
