Well, I have read some of the other reviews about this community and I am quite frankly suprised. I have been living here at Sandpiper Cove for almost 5 months now and I am very happy with my new home. When I moved in the apartment was in perfect condition. Since I have been here, I have had problems with both my dishwasher and my sink. I called in and spoke to the office staff (who were very helpful and professional). The very next day after calling my request into the office, the maintenance supervisor came into my apartment and fixed both immediately. Now I will admit that the outside of the buildings need some work done, but the inside of the apartments are great and uniquely designed. In fact, I almost moved into one of the townhomes instead of the one I moved into because they are so different from your average "boxy" apartment. Recently I have even seen some changes being done to improve the outside of the apartments. A new landscaping company started this week (I think they are new, I have never seen their trucks before) and they seem to be doing a better job. I was also told by the staff that eventually some of the overgrown trees will be taken out and then the buildings will be reworked after the trees are taken care of. So in the end, I guess I just want to say that I think Sandpiper Cove is a great place to live and I would reccomend anybody I know to come live here.
