First off the apartments are nice and definately different from most. The biggest problem is that they are wood framed so you hear everything through the floors and walls. As for them fixing things we had a problem with one of our appliances and since the appliances are over 10 years old and they dont make the parts for them anymore we were told they couldnt justify replacing it and we just had to live with the problem. The office staff seems to be replaced every 6 months since ive been here going on 2 and a half years now and have never been very helpful. It has seemingly gotten worse and worse over those 2 years and we are now moving out.
