I've lived at Sandpiper since May of 2004 and overall it is a decent, affordable, and very quiet complex. I have a 1bd/1ba, w/d in unit (sweet), and the superfabulous 1 car detached garage directly under my unit. It's big enough for a compact car, but I would not chance a Lincoln Continental.
On the other hand, the fixtures are very cheap (i.e. plastic tub, old plumbing, and old appliances, water hater began smoking this morning (very strange))
Staff is cool. I moved from San Francisco-Bay Area and didn't even have a chance to look at the place before I got here. The leasing reps were professional and kept me up to date with all the paperwork.
Maintenance crew responds to service calls in 48 hours or less.
Even though it say's 5 miles from beach, you can't access it because of all the "fabulous" private homes/condos taking up beach front property (still fairly close)
It is very close to I95, Target, Publix Market, and a cornacopia of restaurants - Chili's, Boston Market, McDonalds, etc. - (you will gain weight because it is NOT pedestrian friendly) AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
