I've lived at Sandpiper Cove for 2 1/2 years. I left them because I purchased a home which they helped pay my closing costs. They are probably the only company who has a Home Purchase Program. When I went into the leasing office to notify them that I was moving because I purchased a home, they said congratulations! Who does that''' Overall, the price was right, the apartments are kept up and the staff was very friendly.
