I lived in Sandpiper for 2 years and never had a problem with neighbors, I actually became friends with them.
I did have problems rotuinely with my ac and would need to call the office in every 2 months to fix the problem. But I would get a response normally in 24hrs.

As for the trees and all around the neighboorhood, Before last year 2004 The place was beautiflul, Trees all around Sandpiper can't be held at fault that we were hit by 3 hurricanes.

I do agree however about the field, normally residents can't use it cause kids from outside sandipier play on it.

Trash is another problem also that it fills up quickly but that's something that happens anywhere you live.

Parking was good at first, but by the time I left starting getting alittle tougher. THe one annoyance I had was how somoene left a disabled car in the same parking spot for over 5 months.

I had no problems with nosie as me and my neighbors respected each other enough to be quiet.

As for the staff, I had 2 positive meetings with them, the first was one my AC broke and they allowed me to stay in the model home since they could not repair it and it was really hot, the second was when my washer broke and they allowed me to use the washer in the model. Both incidents happened with seperate staff members and I was very thankful
