Sandpiper Cove has had it problems and within the last few months thing are improving. With the switch in management things are starting to get done. I agree with a few points such as there are a few undesirables that live here and the parking is poor at best. The pool still needs to be cleaned up, people still throw LARGE furniture in front of the compactor instead of taking it to the landfill due to LAZY TENANTS with nothing being done to them and undesirables still use the playing field on Weekends. The dog owners have been warned harshly and it looks like it has sunk in that they need to pick up after there dogs. Once again, LAZY TENANTS! I don't mind living here and I'm hoping the new management, which has been improving the place, continues in the right direction. I thing with stricter enforcement of the rules and getting rid of some of the lazy and worthless tenants Sandpiper Cove will be a nice place to live.
