TRASHY PLACE TO LIVE.

SANDPIPER COVE IS NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO MOVE, TRUST ME. THE OFFICE STAFF IS HORRIBLE. THEY WILL NOT REPLACE ANYTHING IN APARTMENTS. THEY JUST TRY TO FIX IT, AND WITH POOR MAINTENANCE STAFF WHO HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THERE ARE A LOT OF SITUATIONS THAT REQUIRE THE POLICE LATE AT NIGHT DUE TO CAR BREAK-INS, VANDALISM, AND PARTIES THAT TURN INTO PARKING LOT FIGHTS AT 3AM OR LATER. THE PLACE IS INVESTED WITH DRUG DEALERS, AND THE STAFF TRIES TO TURN THE OTHER WAY WHEN DEALING WITH IT. THEY HAVE COURTESY OFFICERS FROM PBSO THAT LIVE ON THE PROPERTY BUT DON'T DO ANYTHING, HOWEVER GET HALF OFF THEIR RENT EACH MONTH. TRUST ME, THE PLACE IS A DUMP.
