I am moving out this month. When you first look at it, it looks like a great, clean place. But there are drug dealers and domestic disputes. I have had to call the cops three times in my year here. I know that you will probably find that in any apartment complex but the staff seems to turn the other cheek when it comes to this. Once, there were 6 cop cars in the parking lot due to drunk and high neighboors yelling at each other (at 11:00 in the afternoon - calling each other whores and talking about drugs) , and the manager just drove over on her golf cart, looked, and drove away. She didnt even go up to the cops at all to ask what was going on. The air conditioner in the gym was broken, and me and my bf compalianed about 6 times....it took them about 4 or 5 months to get it fixed. There are men walking around with their shirts off and people leave trash on their porches. You can complain about that, but once again it will take about 3 months for that to get resolved. There is only one trash compactor in the whole complex and it is constantly overflowing and smelly. Not to mention the random couches and mattresses that are left there. People don't pick up after their dogs, so if you are running on the "exercise path" watch out for that. One of my nieghboors seems to be the dealer for the neighboorhood so there are people knocking on his door, yelling, and running up and down the stairs at 3 am. Yes, we have complained to the office. They say call the cops, we do - but they are still living there. Nothing is done about it. AND NOW THEY ARE RAISING THE RENT. It is wayyyyyy overpriced for what you get, especially not even being a gated community. The pool is nice but is always being "shut down". I just wanted to put in my two cents and save someone the trouble of dealing with this place.
