The property manager is a racist... she doesn't seem like black people. This place is a dump; they fix nothing in the apartment. They have one dumpser and it's never works. Parking sucks and the gym is never open... AND A LADY GOT ROBBED THE THE FRONT OF HER APARTMENT BY GUN POINT... NOT SAFE..There is only one person that I can say that is the best person to deal with, and that is Lindsay.....Jennifer the assistant manager had an attitude early on, but she has gotten better and is now a pleasure to deal with....but Monica, the actual manager of the property, needs to have some managerial skills classes or something. It's hard to explain, but you just have to deal with her...she is clearly fake and doesn't really care about your problems....and for people like us, who pay our rent on time each month and have never bounced a check, or offered a complaint for all the problems, it is really bothersome. We pay a lot of money for our apartment and the neighborhood is just bad. Think twice before you move here....in fact, bring up some of these issues when you come to look around. Most of the posts on are right on. Heed the warnings!
