Going down hill

I am on my third year and I am ashamed that I continue to live at this complex. Unfortunatley, it is convienvent to my school and family. Since I have moved to Sandpiper Cove we have seen an increase in crime with cars having their tires stolen and other vandalism on the property. This may not be the management's fault but they seem to care little about the problem. In addition, the management see problems in the community not as something to remedy but rather as a way to profit for themselves. Our one and only trash pick-up which is used by outside people broke down several times causing a large mound of garbage to form, so management chose to implement a new policy where now they charge each unit $25 a month to have your garbage picked up at your door each night. This in theory sounds like a great thing but when you add up the cost of this service in comparison to the community it appears that managment is doing this to pocket a large sum of money from its residences. Overall I am lucky that the building I am in is occupied by great neighbors and again I am stuck by location but I assure you if I were to have those restrictions lifted I run from this complex and I suggest that anyone who is not willing to risk living in an expensive complex where your presence is not valued I would suggest you run also.
