Unsafe with poor screening of tenants

Since I have lived here my car was hit and a mirror broken off. It took close to a year to correct a deficiency that was noted on the initial walk-through. My car was towed while in a visitor spot within one day while I was purchasing a new vehicle. The person that bought my old car was waiting to get the tags and registration so the car could be moved legally. That took three days to accomplish as it was on a weekend. In the meantime a broken downcar with no tag has been in a visitor spot for approximately 3 months with no action taken.
