I am a real resident not a leasing agent trying to cover up the truth with fake sales descriptions. In the several years that I have lived here it has gotten worse since Equity Mgmt took over. No back-ground checks or detailed check let us get the cream of the crop; LAST 2 YEARS(child molestors-3, drug dealers-two many to count) We have condoms in the pool every morning from all the out of control teen/adults (17-22). Yuo don't need a stero when you go outside because of all the cars with loud thumping music driving around. All and all it is a great place for the DEAF-BLIND resident.
