Maybe I'm just not as picky or something but all the reviews around here for 90% of the places seem to be negative so here's a positive. I've been here for 2 years now and the only reason I am moving is to be closer to my school. The layouts are great and my place is a townhouse style apartment with a garage on the first floor, living area on the second and the bedroom on the third floor loft. The rooms are spacious and there's a lot of lights since it's all open. There's everything you could want within a 5 minute drive since it's right next to congress and the highway is also close. The staff has always been helpful and availible. I don't really use the amenities much but they have a couple pools and a nice gym.

Cons...The washer/dryer combo is painfully small but ive also seen them trucking around full size ones to other apartments so if I said something, I could probably get it replaced. The places could stand to be renovated a bit. The appliances are older and though I didn't have a problem with any of them, they're showing their age in wear. There's a lack of storage here too with only one real closet up in the bedroom though there is space in the garage under the stairs and along the back wall. The community could use some more lights and parking as guest spots are sometimes hard to come by but all of these things weren't really bad or a serious problem for me. They do like to raise rent a bit each year but that seems pretty common anyways.

Overall the place was a great place to live and any complaints I had were pretty minor.
