I've been at Savannah Lakes for almost a year, and I do recommend it to those I work with (as my company moved into the area a little over a year ago) and anyone else. The office is always staffed, there is never a long wait for assistance, they are knowledgeable and friendly. Management does care and does whatever it can to assist. Maintenance is the best - I've always been helped the very next day after a report of an issue. The online bill-pay, maintenance request and email portal is fabulous. The units aren't fancy - there's no upscale paintjob, plantings and such, but the floorplans are the best around and that is the main reason I chose the complex. I can well afford any of the apartment complexes in the area, but Savannah has the best floorplans and prices for the square footage being offered. The appliances are a bit outdated and the washer and dryer could be bigger, but I wouldn't pass up the service I receive here for a bigger washer and bad attitude elsewhere (and believe me, I've been elsewhere and felt COMPLETELY ripped off). I don't use the facilities that often and the only complaint I have about them is that non-residents use the pool, which DOES upset me. All in all, I'd say this place really is a nice place to live.
