I spent my first year away from home living at this complex. It is that reason that I believe the staff took advantage of me and my roommates. I never have had to deal with such rude office staff anywhere before. I think because I was young and was inexperienced that the older staff had no care for me or my feelings. They were always rude and haughty when it came to dealings with us. Many times we were blamed for acts that we did not commit and were even accused of things that were highly inappropriate for even an apartment staff to bring up. It was a nightmare dealing with them.
The apartments were brand new, and we also were cheated out of our security deposit. Like the previous woman we were told that the carpet needed replacing, when it was just the poor installation and cheap products that were the problem. Even the paint and furnishings were done very poor.
There actually was no noise that bothered us while we were there fortunately. There was a lot of construction though, but it was bareable. The parking was horrible though, and I ended up parking about two buildings down from my building many times. The maintenance staff acted inappropriately inside our apartment many times, and were even quite idiotic at times.
Overall, the staff and the parking made our time there horrible. I also had two visitors get their cars broken into and had many items stolen. They have a gate, but it was always broken, and anyway, people would have no trouble just walking in.
All of this was a few years ago, so hopefully they got rid of the witches in the office, and are under new management. Take this advice: if you're young they won't like you, if your older they probably will. Can you say ageism and discrimination'

No, they were rude to the Middle-Aged also, not just young people.

That is not surprising now that I think about it. I am so sorry anyone had to be involved with this complex.
