I am not sure, how the bad experiences mentioned in other comments really happened. All I can say is that it is a very nice place to live. It is nice looking, the units (at least mine) in excellent condition, the staff very friendly and helpful, and maintenance is fast and fixes (almost) everything at the first approach.
There are a few negative points - parking space is pretty limited, we suspect that insecticides are sprayed without leaving markers, and the community (car entrance) gate system had its bugs (at least until recently). But there seem to live some idiots in the community, who do not like to have a gated community, or simply do not understand how the gate system works, or get immediately totally frustrated in case of any problem - and they literally ram the gates open and damage them. Even now, now that the gate system finally seemed to be really working. I would recommend to talk to the office staff in case of problems and not to damage the gates ...
