There is a huge problem with parking and trash at this community. Many people have more cars than they are allowed and use their garages for storage, instead of parking their cars in them like they are supposed to. We live on the 3rd floor and have had a sugar ant problem ever since we moved in a year ago. I agree that the trash pick-up-at-your-door service is pretty convenient but there are some people who fail to follow the rules and leave trash in the common areas of their floors. I have to carry my dog down the stairs to prevent him from munching on trash and gum left on the stairs. Since we live on the 3rd floor the noise problem is not so bad but we do hear the neighbors downstears use the bathroom and talk and they have told us they hear us as well. We will not be renewing our lease here.

Sometimes I don't want to renew my lease either, but other places are SO much worse! I agree parking stinks! Yes, management should take more concern in keeping your building clean from trash - are they aware of this issue?
