Tuscany was taken over by Tarragon. Their CEO, Richard Zipes and his daughter Natasha Zipes, have threatened employees, intimidated residents by calling the police and preventing the residents from using the club house facilities.
The previous owner of Tuscany has not paid electricity bills worth $ 30,000 and the new owners are even worse.
For your own happiness and peace of mind stay away from this apartment complex. Do NOT buy or rent.
