When I first moved here it was for the luxuries, ammenities and to feel safe. So paying the higher rents was not an issue then. However since rents were sooo high compared to the other communities arround, they were not able to lease out in their first year of being built. Only 70% occupied, they were going to go bankrupt, so instead of lowering the rents they moved in a drug rehab program for high end drug users.
I was livid! To be living in what I thought was an upscale community, next to cocain addicts with relapses, and ambulances here a few times a week. Furthermore when they decided to go condo, our privledges as residents no longer existed. They changed the hours of the clubhouse multiple times, even closing it on weekends, & discontinued the fitness instructors we were told it would have when we first moved here.
They are liars and fonies,
MAJORLY OVERPRICED FOR THE AREA, and they don't even have the views, do not be fooled
DO NOT BUY HERE, you will loose your investment, they will be bankrupt again
Think about it-they couldn't lease it out
there's no way the'll be able to sell-esspecially at these prices.
Also construction problems, a/c duct work terrible/poor quality, masterbedrooms in the 3 bedroom apts gets NO cool air. Can hear your neighbors pee through the thin walls. They rushed to complete the buildings. Parking is not a problem now since the vacancy is so high.
