I have lived at Tuscany on the Intercaostal since the opened about a year and a half ago. I'm extremely pleased with the upkeep and maitanence of the complex. I have not had any major problems since living here. The staff at Tuscany have been wonderful and have always been very friendly.

Im extremely pleased that the apartments have now become condo-conversions and I am planning on buying one both to live in and as a long term investment. I have shopped around quite a bit and this site seems to be a great investment. Soon there will be no waterfront property available in the area and the prices are bound to only go higher in the future. After this area is built up, the next place to invest would be the undeveloped areas of Martin County....

I have read past reviews from previous renters. It will be very nice when these unhappy renters have left the complex. Im sure they will complain and be just as disgruntled in their next RENTAL community.
