This is the worst place I have ever lived. The apartments are tiny and have the cheapest possible finishes and fixtures in them. The 'garden tubs' are plastic, and the water doesn't stay hot enough to fill the tub more than halfway. Ever. There is very little storage space in the kitchen, and it is hard to reach. The carpeting gets dirty if you look at it, and I clean like a maniac. The proximity to the Intracoastal can't be enjoyed unless you live in one of the few apartments on the water, and even then, the view is of a TRAILER PARK. No lie.

The walls are paper thin, and you can hear your neighbors' TV. There is a lot of noise in the halls, and it echoes. There is vandalism, and nothing gets fixed on time. The gates are a joke. The neighborhood is not
