I've lived here for just over a year. I've come to love Via Lugano for its luxury, great location and value. Its a safe community just north of Gateway Blvd on Congress Ave. The apartments are bright, spacious and well designed. Some units have a wet bar and built in entertainment center. The quality is better than most although the walls are on the thin side and at times I can hear my neighbors.
The pool is beautiful as is the landscaping. All of my friends have commented on high classy Via Lugano is. The extras include a fitness center with Cybex equipment,a business center,free cable with HBO, children's playground, movie theatre, the pool and spa, tennis courts, sand volleyball, indoor basketball, sauna, hammacks and a car wash center. The dumpster, like others have mentioned is usually full and often broken. The entry gates are also problematic.
The leasing/management staff are really nice and helpful. The building and grounds staff really show that they care and their work is superb. Pricing is about average for the area but no other place can touch it in terms of quality vs. value. I'll stay here until I either buy a home in Florida or move out of state.
