The office management was incompetent--Downright rude at times (Tricia had problems!)



Example: Our apartment and furniture had water damage after hurricane Irene. (Water came right through the windows and caved-in the drywall). Management did not believe the hurricane caused the damage--they were very slow in repairing problems. Did not care that our furniture was damaged.



Also, a UPS package was left for us at the office when we were not home. Somehow, the package mysteriously "disappeared". Management said, "its not our problem."


We paid $1230 a month. The management's motto was "simply superior service". We did not feel that we received "superior service". We were happy when our lease expired.
