Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
lived here a while. loud noise at pool area
especially on weekends. gates to pool area are not locked at 10pm as told. dogs running loose and owners not picking up after them. must take garbage to dumpster, for this kind of money they should pick it up for us. front gates always broken.
